Since ages exploitation the women have lost right on property in the economic freedom, so they became depended and depending for all their simple recurring needs on their male counterparts, parents, father and Mother-in-laws. Thus they have lost their individuality and social dignity in their families as well as in the society.  In order to develop their dignity training will be needed on small savings and management of Self Help Groups, so that they can saves in money start Income Generation activities and earn money.  Consequently they will be can as key persons in a family maintainace fulfill their basic and recurring needs without depending on others. Hence financial support will be needed to organize capacity building training on small savings management of SHGs and skills in Micro Income Generating activities.
